OPTIMAL USE: Home Cologne candles are a beautiful, carefully crafted product - but they’re still candles, and there are some simple things you can do to ensure you get the most out of them.
To avoid the effect of ‘wax tunneling’, you might first burn the candle until the wax has melted and gathered at the edge. Now extinguish the flame and allow the wax to solidify before relighting. It’s also advised to trim the wick between uses and, ideally, avoid burning for longer than four hours in a single use.
